Effica is a public B2B SaaS product for larger Australian NDIS provider organisations delivering high-needs supports and connected workforce, rostering, billing, compliance, and implementation workflows.

How Effica is billed

plus GST, from 50 seats

Effica starts at 50 active seats / $950 AUD per month, plus GST. Each additional active seat is $19 AUD per active seat, per month, covering active office users and support-worker logins. The provider pays the subscription on the web; staff, support workers, participants, and family/guardian contacts do not pay for app features inside the iOS app.

Effica pricing is based on active Effica logins: office users and support-worker logins. Self-serve signup starts at 50 active seats for provider organisations ready to run a full workspace.

Provider-paid SaaS

Provider organisations pay for Effica as a SaaS subscription outside the mobile app. Office users, support workers, participants, and family/guardian contacts do not pay inside the app.

AI implementation allowance

Implementation AI is included as a one-time allowance: $100 base plus $2 per purchased seat. At the 50-user minimum, that starts at $200, and manual template uploads keep working if the allowance is used.

Who can use Effica?

Effica is best suited to larger Australian NDIS provider organisations, especially teams delivering high-needs, SIL, in-home, and community supports. The website signup minimum is 50 active seats, with 100+ active seats as the ideal customer profile.

Worker and coordinator access

Provider organisations manage their tenant workspace, roles, and permissions. Office teams and support workers sign in to the workspace connected to their provider, so regulated provider data is protected by role-based access.

Participant and family access

Provider organisations can also invite participants and family/guardian contacts into role-based mobile access for schedules, support visibility, feedback, and approved communication. These contacts do not buy digital content or pay inside the mobile app.
