How Effica is billed

Effica is billed to the provider organisation at $19 AUD per active user, per month, covering active office users and support workers. The provider pays the subscription on the web; staff and support workers do not pay for app features inside the iOS app.

Provider organisations pay for Effica as a SaaS subscription outside the mobile app. Individual workers and coordinators do not pay inside the app.
No in-app purchases
The iOS app does not sell paid content, consumable credits, or digital goods. Mobile users access roster, shift, notes, participant, and care workflows through their provider workspace.
Who can use Effica?
Effica is open to the Australian care market, including NDIS providers, independent support workers, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and teams preparing for connected care workflows. It is not built for one organisation's internal use.
Worker and coordinator access
Provider organisations manage their tenant workspace, roles, and permissions. Support workers and coordinators sign in to the workspace connected to their provider, so regulated provider data is protected by role-based access.
