App access

Effica is invite-only. If you cannot sign in, ask your provider administrator to confirm that your worker account is active and that you are using the email address they invited.

For support workers

If a shift, participant detail, care plan, or roster instruction looks wrong, contact your service manager or provider administrator first. Effica can help with app access and technical issues, but your provider remains the source of truth for roster and care instructions.

Urgent situations

Effica support is not an emergency or clinical escalation service. Follow your provider's incident, safeguarding, and emergency procedures. Call emergency services where required.
